We were hired to create a UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) solution for a simple product with a complex problem - how to shop the many variations. We tipped the scales to UX to provide clear paths of engagement no matter the customer's primary needs. That's how Dad did it, that's how America does it, and it's worked out pretty well so far.
